  • Create, edit, and update, Microsoft Office documents, including but not limited to reports, handbooks, policy manuals, training/how-to guides, PowerPoint presentations, etc. 

  • Provide assistance for Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, and limited Excel).
